Introduction to Devon County
Antiques Fairs Ltd
|
They say "that from little
acorns big oak trees grow" and that is exactly the case
with Devon County Antiques Fairs. The fairs were
originally started in 1987 by Val Dennis, a former BBC
Assistant Director, her father Ken Birch, a retired
Senior Executive with the Ford Motor Company, and her
husband Mike Dennis a furniture dealer. |
 |
 |
Today the company organises the largest Saturday fairs in the country, held 8 times a year at the Matford
Centre, Exeter, with 230 inside and up to 100 outside
and 250 undercover outside stands available,
together with 1 Fair at
the RHS Gardens Rosemoor, and 5 events in 2011 at the
University of the West of England, Bristol.
|
We pride ourselves on being able to
offer a very personalised service to exhibitors and visitors at
our events. Our fairs have established a loyal following of
thousands of exhibitors.
