LOCATION
The Matford Centre, Matford Park Rd, Marsh Barton,
Exeter, Devon EX2 8FD.
VENUE
The fair takes place in the modern purpose built 2300 sq
metre Exhibition hall which is at ground floor level, with
overhead radiant heating,
good overhead lighting, toilet facilities and a restaurant.
The venue is easily accessed by all major roads and is
only 2 miles from Exeter City center.
Access is
very easy with three unloading doors, and ample free
parking for stand holders next to the hall.
Electric
points are available inside and must be pre-booked on
your booking form.
The outside pitches are on hard standing next to the
hall, and have a separate entrance, and have security
fencing. .
The undercover pitches are in the huge pennage area next
to the hall.
Caravan parking is Free but there are no hook ups.
ARRIVAL
1.Inside Standholders please park in the
Exhibitors car parks marked on the plan you will be sent
with your exhibitor badges and discount entry tickets for your
customers.
Do but not park in the Disabled parking spaces unless
you have the correct Disabled parking badge.
All exhibitors must park sensibly round the hall, and
not obstruct fire exits.
All inside stands must be pre-booked and paid. Admission
to the hall is not permitted without an exhibitors
badge. If these have not been received please report to
reception.
2. Outside Standholders.
Please follow the signs for outside stands. There is
security fencing round the outside stand area.
Pitches can be pre-booked or paid on the day.
If the weather is wet there are undercover outside
stands in the pennage area.
ADMISSION TIMES
Saturday 7am
Hall and outside area open to Exhibitors.
9am Early entry buyers admitted £4
10am General entry £3
4.30pm Hall closes.
STAND TYPE.
Backed. On an 8ft stand the pegboard is 8ft wide and
4ft high on 6ft uprights. From £49 for a 8 x 6ft.
Table tops. Do not include backing. From £44 for a 8 x
6ft.
Furniture Pitches. Size/Prices on request. They do not
include tables or chairs. Large furniture pitches can be
set up with prior arrangement with the organisers on
Friday night between 6pm and 7pm but we accept no
responsibility for damage or loss.
Outside pitches. No equipment is provided. From £30 for
a car or small van.
Undercover pitches. No equipment is provided. From £30
for 68 sq ft.
STAND SIZES AND EQUIPMENT
PROVIDED.
8 x 6 FT. 1 table 1 chair.
12 x 6 2 tables 2 chairs
16 x 6 2 tables and 2 chairs.
All additional equipment must be pre-booked and paid
prior to the fair.
Extra tables are available at £6 and chairs
£2 each. Electric points are £8 each.
Porter can be pre-booked to help you unload and load your
stock at a cost of £5 per half hour.
STOCK
This is an antique and collectors fair. There is no
dateline but we do not accept new items of stock unless
they are unique.
SECURITY
All exhibitors must wear their badges at all times, and
are responsible for the security of their own stock.
Facilities
There is
ample Free parking for visitors and exhibitors, and
on-site facilities include a restaurant and bar,
payphones, excellent access for disabled, with good
access to stands, free parking for exhibitor's caravans.
Both the undercover and outside pitches are adjacent to
the hall and all outside pitches are on hard standing.
